Our Service Partners are OHSA(Occupational Health & Safety Act)-compliant. Your healthy and safety are our priority.
Before making Service Partners available to customers, we do trial runs with Eden team members as customers. We use that period to gauge the quality of potential partners.
Apart from a trial run, we conduct reference checks on our Service Partners to gauge how well they've treated their own customers in the past.
Service Partners follow our internal checklist that covers everything from the quality of service and timeliness of delivery. That is the Eden Guarantee.
We channel customers' feedback to our Service Partners, and they respond by improving their service over time. We also provide training support to Service Partners.
